Requirements for visa application:

- Valid passport (both original and photocopy);

- HKID (or Macao ID) card is a MUST (both original and photocopy);

- Valid work/resident permit (both original and photocopy);

- Round trip air-ticket/Travel itinerary/E-ticket booking confirmation and hotel booking confirmation;

- Leave letter from the employer together with a photocopy of the company’s Business Registration Certificate (proof of the company has been registered at the Companies Registry);

- For business/conference/meeting purpose, please also provide an invitation letter from the counterpart company;

- Income proof/Salary advice and/or copies of the bank statement (the last 3 months) to proof the applicant’s financial status;

- A passport size photo affixed to the application form (as per attached);

- Visa fee, cash in HKD; and

- Apply one month before proceeding to Turkey
